About CirqlWorks
We build small, opinionated B2B products for the Patchworks, ecommerce and integration world. We use every one of them in our own delivery work. Then we ship them to people with the same problems.
What we do
CirqlWorks is the independent UK software studio behind five products, all in production today:
The product work and the agency work feed each other. We ship integrations through eCirql. The repetitive bits of that work become products. The products make the next integration faster. The cycle has been the company's spine since day one.
Why we do it
We didn't start CirqlWorks to enter markets or chase trends. Every product on the shelf began with one of us hitting a problem in client work, getting tired of paying through the nose for a half-baked alternative, and writing the fix.
We were sick of CRMs that gate the features you actually need behind tiers you can't justify. Sick of AI tools that hand-wave their architecture and leave you guessing what they sent to whom. Sick of agencies that ship and walk away. Sick of hand-typing JSON paths into Patchworks mappings at 11pm.
So we built the alternatives. Then we shipped them.
What we believe
These aren't aspirations. They're the rules we already operate under. If we couldn't follow them, we wouldn't ship the thing.
eCirql runs on CirqlCRM. Our developers use PatchScript and JSON Buddy daily. PatchBuddy.ai is on every active integration project. If a product isn't good enough for our own work, it doesn't go out the door.
No Pro tier. No Enterprise upsell. No "you need to upgrade to use that" emails. If a feature ships, every paying customer gets it. The only thing that changes across plans is volume.
Integrations need care after launch. So do products. The same people who scope a piece of work are the people who build it, ship it, and stay on for the post-launch tweaks. No tier-one handoffs.
No AI-generated code, configuration or advice reaches a client system without a human review. Our agents surface decisions for approval at every meaningful step. Read-only actions can run by themselves; anything that mutates a system requires a sign-off.
Token spend, billable hours, per-message AI cost. You see what you pay for at every level. No mystery line items. No "infrastructure fees" hiding margin.
We publish our prices. No "contact us for pricing" gates. No discounts that magically appear when you threaten to leave. The list price is the price.
When PatchBuddy.ai shows your work to your client's stakeholders, they see the work, not the wiring. Internal tooling, model names and architecture stay hidden by design. You look competent because you are; we just don't get in the way.
We process it on your behalf to deliver the product or service. We don't train on it. We don't sell it. We don't pass it to a sister product without your written instruction. Cancel, and you can export every byte before access ends.
How we work
CirqlWorks has been bootstrapped since day one, and the studio is profitable today. That independence has shaped the products. We shipped what we wanted to use ourselves, and we picked the work that fit.
Founded in 2024. Registered in Manchester. We're structured for the long term, and we're open to investment from the right partners. More on that on the investor relations page.
