CirqlWorks is a profitable, independent UK software studio operating five B2B products in the Patchworks, ecommerce and integration market. We're open to investment from partners who think on the same horizon we do.
Position today
We started in 2024 and we've shipped fast. Today CirqlWorks operates five products under one roof, sold to integration agencies, ecommerce teams and operators who'd rather buy from a small focused studio than a generic SaaS conglomerate.
The agency arm provides the product team with a live testing ground and an inbound channel into the customers we sell to. The product arm makes the agency more productive than its competitors. That loop is the company's structural advantage and the reason the studio has been profitable from the start.
Why this. Why now.
Patchworks is the iPaaS that mid-market and enterprise integration agencies use to ship work between commerce, ERP and CRM systems. The work is high-margin, repetitive in pattern, and stubbornly manual. AI changes that. The agencies that adopt AI-native tooling first will deliver faster than the agencies that don't, and they'll consolidate the market.
PatchBuddy.ai is the first AI-iPaaS purpose-built for that ecosystem, and we own the consultancy that proves it in real client work. PatchScript was already trusted across the Patchworks ecosystem before PatchBuddy launched. CirqlCRM gives those same buyers a credible alternative to the enterprise CRM treadmill. The bundle is hard to replicate.
What we're looking for
We're not raising on a banner round. We're open to strategic investment from people who can move the products further than we can on our own, and who agree with the principles we've made public on the about page.
We prefer investors who've built and sold software businesses, especially in iPaaS, ecommerce or B2B SaaS. We want the operating insight, not just the cheque.
No five-year exit pressure. We're building for the next decade and want investors who think on the same horizon.
Patchworks ecosystem players, NetSuite implementers, AI infrastructure providers, payments and commerce platforms: if there's a real partnership story, we want to hear it.
SAFE or straight equity, valuation agreed in writing first, no clever clauses, no board surprises. We publish the principles; we expect the structure to follow.
The right investor opens doors we can't open ourselves. Distribution into integration agencies, customer introductions, hiring leads, regulatory navigation. The cheque is the start of the relationship, not the end.
